Welcome to Eat Right

Chances are you stumbled on to our page because you want to lose weight or just live/eat healthier.  You have come to the right place, keeping in mind you want a lifestyle make-over. We are here to help you achieve your goal.  This plan is developed by a qualified dietitian who has 10 years experience in helping people with dietary challenges.

“Why did I create EAT RIGHT?”

This is not another revolution, this is a honest attempt to create a healthy approach for people feeling lost between all the different weight loss guidelines out there. I do not believe in “one size fit all” when it comes to weight loss and getting fit. We all have different DNA for that matter, why should nourishing that be any different. In the end you have to EAT RIGHT for YOU… and do it daily to maintain what you have achieved”

Our Goals

• To provide healthy, sustainable weight loss, built on a personalised eating program to best suit your individual needs.

• Monitoring progress and tweaking the plan where necessary.

• Incorporating a lifestyle change to make healthier choices when it comes to eating and meal preparation.

• Educating our members on healthy eating habits to avoid future weight gain.

• Supporting our members throughout the program, change isn’t always easy, we are here to help.

Things we are not

We refrain from calling this a diet.  You are not going to be told to eat a specific thing at a specific time of day, you will not receive a generic meal plan, we believe in an individualised approach respecting your likes and dislikes.  We do not make use of any medication or injections, because it simply isn’t a sustainable way of losing weight.

Important to remember

In order to lose weight, one needs to make a change. Making changes in our lives is no easy task, therefore we aim to make the change as painless as possible. Keeping in mind that “painless as possible” does not mean binge eating and giving in to sugar cravings. Incorporating healthy, realistic eating habits into your own lifestyle promotes a permanent change and not just a dieting fad until the weight is dropped. After most diets we tend to go back to our usual eating habits (because dieting is sometimes disruptive to our daily routines) and we gain weight very gradually. By implementing a permanent change, the risk for weight gain is much less. Eat Right is a lifestyle not a diet.
